Whole Black Peppercorn

Our whole black peppercorn is sourced from our origin partner Kogilahalla Estate. Pepper vines clamber up our tree canopy and thrive in the shade grown coffee estate. It's grown as an intercrop along with other spices and fruits. 
 
The peppercorns are handpicked, washed and sundried and ready to use. It has a strong aroma and its falvour is a delightful mix of pungent and spice. The naturally ocurring piperine alkaloid is responsible for its colour and flavour bomb. 
 
Its great for condiments and one of the few spices that's used in cuisines across the globe.
