Flavour Notes: CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL. An aromatic refreshing coffee with good syrupy body and velvety mouth feel.

Once well known in the cafes of Paris and London Modur Estate has been growing coffee since 1930. Shade grown under a thick canopy of indigenous trees and situated in the north facing gentle slopes of the Western Ghat mountain range, the plants receive filtered sunlight for optimal fruit and flavour development.
